Bay Men's Fund is a Community Foundation Partnership of Place-Based Community Funds held by Acorn Foundation, Eastern Bay Community Foundation, and Geyser Community Foundation (together, "the Foundations," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you visit our website at www.baymensfund.org.nz or interact with us through it, in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it to us, including through:

• Contact forms — name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message.

• Newsletter sign-up — name and email address.

We do not collect payment or financial information directly. Donations made through our website are processed entirely by a third-party donation platform (see Section 5).

• Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact forms.

• We may receive limited information from the platform (such as your name, email, and donation amount) for the purpose of issuing thank-you communications, tax receipts, or fund records, where applicable.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it:

• Among Acorn Foundation, Eastern Bay Community Foundation, and Geyser Community Foundation, as the Foundations jointly administering Bay Men's Fund.

• With service providers who help us operate the website, send newsletters, or process donations (such as our email platform or the donation platform), solely for those purposes.

• Where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Foundations or others.
