Welcome to the website of Bay Men's Fund, a Community Foundation Partnership of Community Funds held by Acorn Foundation, Eastern Bay Community Foundation, and Geyser Community Foundation (together, "the Foundations," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using
this website ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
 

2. About Bay Men's Fund

Bay Men's Fund is not a separate legal entity. It is a partnership of community funds administered by Acorn Foundation, Eastern Bay Community Foundation, and Geyser Community Foundation, each a registered charitable entity in New Zealand.

3. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only.

 

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems.

• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material to the Site.

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

We may suspend or restrict access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

4. Donations

The Site may direct you to make a donation to Bay Men's Fund via a third-party donation platform (e.g. FundraiserOne, Donorbox, etc).

• We do not process payments directly. All donation transactions are handled by the third-party platform, and are subject to that platform's own terms of service and privacy policy.

• Donations are directed to the relevant administering Foundation for the benefit of Bay Men's Fund, in accordance with that Foundation's governing rules.

• Tax receipts will be issued by the administering Foundation or the donation platform, as applicable.

• Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at the discretion of the administering Foundation.

• We are not responsible for any errors, delays, or issues arising from the third-party donation platform's processing of your transaction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to the Foundations, unless otherwise stated. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute it without our prior written permission.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including donation platforms and partner organisations. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's own terms.
